Frodo van Oostveen Joins GWOPA Steering Committee: A New Chapter of Collaboration

GWOPA, hosted by UN-Habitat, plays a crucial role in fostering knowledge sharing and capacity building through Water Operators’ Partnerships (WOPs). As part of this international community, World Waternet brings its extensive experience in water cycle management, sustainability, and innovation, working together with other utilities to improve performance and resilience.

'The Global Water Operators' Partnerships Alliance is pleased to welcome World Waternet as a newly elected member of its Steering Committee, under the Constituency 'Public water and sanitation operators - Western Europe', represented by Mr Frodo Van Oostveen. With a wealth of experience as a mentor in many WOPs worldwide, we are confident that World Waternet will contribute its knowledge and expertise to the Alliance's commitment to promote the peer-to-peer solidarity approach in accelerating the achievement of SDG 6.'

Frodo’s membership in the Steering Committee will be formally endorsed at the upcoming GWOPA Assembly in Cairo.
